My name is Payden Williams and I am an 18-year-old female. I love working with children of all ages. Childcare is my passion, the satisfaction of knowing that I have helped a child in any way is better than any other job could offer. I have been in childcare since I was 13. I have worked with a wide range of ages, as well as children with special needs. My little brother has cerebral palsy, and I also have a family that has a child with Williams syndrome and autism that I care for.
