My name is Candie Cloer and I have been providing childcare for several years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina, a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of North Carolina, and interned with SCAN of Iredell County. While at SCAN, I provided weekly childcare for a local shelter while moms participated in a class. My education includes courses on Child Welfare and Developmental Psychology and I have experience with children of all ages, including newborns and those on the Autism spectrum. I am kind, caring, reliable, professional, and confidential. I am passionate about working with children. In fact, that was my focus in the BSW program! I have my own, reliable transportation. I firmly believe that parents are the experts on their own children. I have witnessed childcare providers and even family members attempt to enforce their beliefs onto the children of other people and I completely disagree with this.
