Hi My Name is Lydia and I seriously love hanging out with children.They are so full of amazing energy and such a joy to be around. I am passionate about children because you can learn a lot from them, like how to enjoy the simple things in life. I have been working with children since age 13 in the position of babysitter, daycare assistant. I have worked with all ages from 1 to 8 years old. I love working with children and getting to know them and their individual personalities. I also enjoy watching children grow and learn, helping them as they grow and face new challenges in school and life in general.Allowing children to grow, explore and learn is a rewarding experience that keeps me excited as I continue caring for children of all ages.I am honored to take care of the children I meet, and have a positive impact on their lives. I believe that children should be given the ability to become independent individuals by setting limits with positive discipline, praise, and encouragement.
