Hi, my name is Josie. I am 19 years old. I love working with kids. I worked with kids aged 5-12 in a care center at my old elementary school. I helped plan activities with the kids, go on field trips, tutored and helped them with problems that might be happening. I have done this for about over a year now. However when needed, if any child did something wrong, i typically have an idea on how to handle the situation.
