Sitter in Waterloo, Ontario

I am 19 years old and recently just completed my fifth year of highschool. I have been accepted to Wilfrid Laurier University’s Honours Psychology program, and hope to pursue work with children as my career in the future. I have many years of experience volunteering with children with down syndrome, ADD, ADHD, and autism, which translates to being extremely patient and incredibly receptive to children’s needs. I also worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex for the better part of two years, where I had the opportunity to work with children of all ages, all from infants aged 3 months old to adolescents 13 years old. I am currently looking for summer work with the opportunity to continue in the school year, as I have decided to differ my acceptance until fall 2017.
