Sitter in Monrovia, Maryland

Hello! My name is Darian and I am an experienced nanny, sitter and EMT living in Monrovia, MD just outside of Frederick. I am seeking a summer employment opportunity in childcare and am also available to continue to work into the school year if there is a need. I have open availability. Currently, I am a nursing student who just moved from New Jersey and am off until next spring due to me transferring to a new program here in Maryland. Even so, I will be taking night classes at that time. I have experience across the age, development and health spectrum. This includes experience with children from birth to age 12, those with learning disabilities and developmental delays, and a multitude of health issues. I have my own transportation and a clean driving record. I am a dog owner as well so I would definitely not mind being around animals. I am a tutor and an honors student so I am always eager to help with homework. I find that taking initiative and helping with things other than childcare is really important. I have experience doing laundry, cooking, cleaning, house sitting and pet sitting as well. I love to be outdoors, do arts and crafts, am extremely active, and really encourage putting down those phones and tablets and spending quality, fun time with the little ones I get to take care of! The safety of your little ones is of the upmost importance to me, as it should be, and I can guarantee that that will be held as the highest priority and at the highest standards at all times.
