Hey! I'm Rylee , a 24 year old nurturing and experienced nanny located in Lutz, Florida. I am one of 7 siblings and having 6 siblings gave me firsthand experience in managing and caring for multiple children. At a younger age I developed excellent multitasking skills, patience, and the ability to handle different personalities and needs. I also would volunteer on Sundays mornings and Wednesday evenings at a church in my parents home city to gain further experience. I then became a nanny for Matt and Adrianna Birk for a few years. Matt Birk is a former football player who use to play for the Minnesota Vikings. When I first started working for them they had 6 kids. They then adopted and their family grew to 8. I would watch almost all of the children at one time as well as some of their friends they had over. All ages ranging from infants to young teens. Growing up in a big family has likely given me the skills to manage a larger group and ensure everyone's safety and happiness. I stopped working for them as they moved back to Michigan and I lived in Florida. I then worked at an ice cream shop in Naples Florida and found a family who asked me to watch their some some nights when I wasn't at the ice cream shop. I worked for them until I moved to Tampa Florida in 2019 As a nanny, my main role is to provide loving and attentive care to your child/children. I understand the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive in. I take pride in helping children thrive in their development through engaging activities, educational play, and attentive supervision. I also am able to help with homework, prepare meals and snacks, and sometimes even light housekeeping.
