Sitter in Boise, Idaho

Hello! My name is Lauren Sanders and I am a recent transplant to Boise from Dallas, TX after graduating from Texas A&M University! I moved to work for a non-profit located here in Boise, "Wipe Every Tear". While I work 8am-4 pm on the weekdays, I am available after 4 pm and on the weekends to watch your wonderful kiddos while you go have a date night, pedicure, or bible study! I have worked with children of all age ranges- from infants to most recently working with middle and high school students at St. Andrew UMC in Plano, TX as a youth intern . Before that, I was a nanny for a Texas family for a year, keeping a baby boy 3x/week. I have also worked in a nursery with infants age 6 weeks-6 months. At all jobs, whether it was nannying, short-term babysitting, or my job, I implemented activities and learning to help develop the child appropriate to their age and growth. I believe wholeheartedly in the Lord's heart for children and to see how He created each child uniquely, especially when babysitting. It is my hope that I will treat each child and family that I get to work with, with the upmost care and respect. I have been trained in: CPR, Ministry Safe, First Aid, "Early Care and Education Training & Consulting: Planning Developmentally Appropriate Activities", Texas Dep. of Family & Protective Services "Reporting Suspected Abuse or Neglect of a Child", and "Ethics and Integrity in Ministry: Code of Ethics". Ultimately, my goal is to foster growth and relationships with all y'all!
