Hello, my name is Tiana! I am looking for a part-time babysitting/nanny job as I continue my education. Due to my course load for this fall semester, I will not be available during the day. However, I am able to work in the evenings. I can also work some nights and weekend hours. As of 2019, I have obtained both an Associate's (Speech Communications) and Bachelor's (Family Services) degree. While attending EIU, I was enrolled in a child practicum course. I created and implemented lesson plans and activities with children ages 2-5. While attending EIU, I also completed an internship at SACIS, located in Charleston, IL. Over the past few years, I have gained experience working with a variety of populations. I have been employed as a DSP and also as an ISC, working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. I have worked as a CNA in a nursing home. I have also worked as a caseworker alongside DCFS, ensuring that children are safe. Aside from a professionally stand point, I have grown up around children my entire life. I am the oldest child in my family. Before moving out for college, I helped care for my two younger siblings. I also have multiple cousins that I have babysat in the past.
