I have 7 grandkids now. I live with 3 of them. The range of ages are 3-13 years old. The youngest one has Down syndrome. I grew up near Yosemite in California. I was known as the babysitter. While other kids went out partying, I would watch other peoples kids. I just love children and teaching them the fundamentals from colors and number to multiplication. I train the kids with work books and a reward system that motivates them with things they love. I also enjoy playing board games with the kids. people comment on the level of patience I have with kids. I also enjoy going to the library. Kids love to explore new things all the time. I like reading out loud. I can read Dr Seuss books aloud. Discipline is also important. I do make sure they have manners without any paddling. I’m 55 years old right now and I’ve been babysitting since I was 15 yrs old or younger. I’m from a big family. I’m available immediately.
