I've babysat both of my two younger siblings from the time they were born until their ages now (10 and 8) and I've babysat all ages of my parents friend's children. That being said, I've had plenty of experience with changing diapers and interacting with children in order to keep them entertained. I will obey your rules 100%. I've had experience caring for pets as well so that is no problem.
