Hey, I'm Bridget! Due to the pandemic, I've stepped away from my vocation as a Montessori Elementary teacher after 7 years. I hope to continue practicing my passion as an educator, while still keeping my family as safe as possible with a tight "bubble," including a family that could benefit from full-time childcare and educational support. I have an AMI Montessori diploma and a M..... for elementary children, ages 6-12. My experience of teaching my own elementary students through the spring's Distance Learning provided me with unique insight and skills to support your children with their online school requirements! My experience as a lead classroom teacher for 7 years has provided me with a deep bag of tricks and ideas to support, deepen and enliven your children's Distance Learning experience. I have experience with summer camps, crafting, art, gardening, animals and sports. I am willing to travel within 40 minutes of my home in Akron. I have 20 years of experience in child care, 7 years of experience as a lead teacher, and 1 year of experience as a full-time, in-home instructor for a homeschool co-op.
