From my years of working in child care I've found that every child is unique. Techniques that work amongst a few may not work with others. I make time to get to know the children I work with so that I can best provide the care that they need. I have had a various amount of clients that I've worked with, and I've enjoyed/learned from every experience. I take a hands on approach especially with infants. Development is extremely important in the beginning stages of life. As a summer nanny, my experiences have taught me that learning doesn't and shouldn't stop over the summer. The summer time is a great time to relax and have fun but it is also a great time to continue to nurture the young minds of those we care for.
