Hi there, I'm Tia. I am an experienced Nanny/Caregiver with over 15 years of child care experience and qualifications behind me. I love working and looking after little ones. I love children and watching them grow and blossom from being loved, nurtured and encouraged daily. Every child is deserving and in need of love and kindness and happiness in their lives. Promoting a healthy, safe and loving environment and relationship with children is ultimately how they learn to develop confidence within themselves, how to treat others and how they choose to react to with their feelings and emotions to certain situations in life. I believe a child's happiness and well being is founded on structure, love, challenging themselves and learning from their mistakes and to never give up when things seem impossible and most importantly having parents and caregivers that always see the best in a child and realize their potential for greatness and success as they grow up! I am a fun and out going individual and I have been honored to be a part of many special and wonderful little ones lives over the years! Each bringing me so much joy and love and teaching me that if we could see the world from the eyes of a child....maybe the world would have a greater chance to be a brighter and safer place to live in. Seeing a child smile and hearing them laugh and watching them accomplish their milestones is the most rewarding feeling for me and it makes being a Nanny/caregiver so worthwhile. I also love to cook and bake, read and help a child see just how incredibly unique and precious they are.
