My name is Shante Bullock, and I am a 42 year old experienced and professional nanny. I have cared for children for a very long time. I can say a long time, because my personal experience coincides with my professional experience. I am a Mother of 9 children all naturally mine. I have dedicated my life to my children in raising them to be strong young men and women. I have homeschooled my children, as well as, substitute teaching for DC Public Charter Schools. My most current experience as a Nanny for the last 2 years have given me the access to shine and provide families with service of caring for their children. I have experience with multiples, as well as, siblings varying in different ages. I have experience and worked with children with special needs and premature babies. I worked closely with a family for the last 2 years when the child was just at the tender age of 3 months to 2 years old. I was very hands on with the family attending to the child's every need. I helped facilitate her in home therapy sessions for fine and gross motor skills, speech, and visual therapy sessions. I am experienced with American Sign Language for infants to help with communication with your little one. I also speak spanish on a conversational level, enough to be able to communicate and/or teach your child. Working with children is truly a passion of mine, and I find that where you find a passion there is a purpose. My purpose is providing parents with helping hands and giving that sense of security that their child/children are left in very good hands.
