Hello! My name is Kiara. I come from a large family with nine siblings, which has instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility and care from a young age. My passion for childcare is evident through my extensive experience in creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children. I enjoy music, singing, reading, arts, outdoor play and baking, and I incorporate these activities into my work with children to enhance their development. I use music and singing for playful learning, reading to stimulate imagination and literacy, and baking to teach measurements and following instructions. Growing up in a big family has taught me patience, creativity, and excellent organizational skills, which are crucial for a successful childcare provider. I am dedicated to offering high-quality care, ensuring each child feels valued and supported. My goal is to create a positive environment where children can thrive. I have extensive experience in childcare, having worked in various roles and locations. My responsibilities included supervising children, planning educational activities, and maintaining a safe environment. I have managed up to four children simultaneously, demonstrating my ability to engage multiple children effectively. Additionally, I have achieved academic excellence by making the honour roll, reflecting my dedication and organizational skills.
