Hello! My name is Janet and I am retired from 25 years service in the US Coast Guard and was an elementary school teacher for 10 years. I have raised 3 of my own children, and I have 5 grandchildren. I have also been a Girl Scout Leader, Den Mother, Children’s Choir Director, and have mentored many children over the years. Aside from my long and varied experience with children, I just love kids. I enjoying playing games with them, making crafts, singing, and teaching them with new things. I can also help with homework. I would describe myself as a Mary Poppins style caregiver; firm but loving. I am looking for occasional sitting jobs for date nights, etc… My rate is $20.0 per hour and I can provide references upon request.
