To whom it may concern, I am the owner/director of a Reggio Emilia preschool. We are a fully State licensed and participate in the VA Star Quality program and are rated as a level four center. The ages of children we have are from twenty-two months to age seven. Maitlyn has been working with us since August of 2018 and we are forever grateful to have her be a part of our pre-school family. She has an exceptional personality and is great with children. Maitlyn has an uplifting spirit about her and works very well with her co-workers as well as the children. She has been eager to learn new things, has a positive nature. Maitlyn has a professional work ethic and a strong sense of integrity. She accomplishes her tasks quickly but very efficiently. Her attendance has also been very good and she has been asked to work outside of her scheduled hours on occasion and she has gone above and beyond with a positive mindset. I am very glad to highly recommend Maitlyn in whatever future career endeavors she takes on. She will definitely be a positive asset wherever she goes.
