Hello! My name is Brenna and I am a current student at Virginia Tech. I have been caring for children for 7 years through babysitting and nannying, along with swim lessons and coaching swim team. While caring for your child, I take a hands-on approach and encourage imagination and curiosity about the world. Should undesirable feelings arise in children, I emphasize emotional regulation techniques through coping skills such as deep-breathing and communication about the problem.
