My name is Auleiah Adkins I'm a mother of one and I have over 10 years of child care experience. As a child I lost my mom due to a tragedy,with me being the oldest I began to watch my six brothers and sisters. That only established my responsibilities, with my grandmother being a minister and also a secretary at the hospital opened a lot of doors for me. Also with a lot of attention on my family with my mom being murdered I began to talk groups of girls who also lost some one close . The most important goal to me is to give love and motivation to children. Just as I was only eleven years old and my only goal was to take care of my family. With me being a mother myself, I fully understand the importance of providing the absolute best childcare experience for my employers. My last childcare job involved twin two year old boys. I was responsible for clothing, feeding, providing entertainment and the basic childcare needs. Me and the boys grew a unique bond as they would cry as I left every night. I also have reliable transportation. These are a few reason why I feel like I'm the best candidate for the job. Also I'm actually 23 it won't let me change it .
