Cinnamon Wilson To whom it may concern, Though I am a responsible adult figure in a child’s life, I’ve always been a child at heart. I am a very passionate and qualified teacher assistant/ child caregiver. I am dedicated in teaching younger children manners, responsibility and education. I am a graduate from the Early Childhood Education Program at Pickens Technical College. I earned 180 hours of internship experience where I had the opportunity to work with children ages 0-5. In the internship not only did we create lesson plans for each age group we worked with, or learned and demonstrated taking hold of a younger audience. But we also worked in the classroom as the teacher’s assistant. So I have plenty of experience of working with kids and learning how to go by schedules and routines to have a more effective day. I have identified different behavior patterns in children and have come up with ways to overcome those behaviors and work with them rather than around them. I also have babysitting experience. I worked with my Aunt when I was 13 to 16 years of age. I occasionally still babysit for family members and friends. I am a fully qualified teacher assistant/ child caregiver now and one day lead teacher. I have natural skills with children and simply love working with them. I believe in manners, respectfulness and equality. Children’s opinions and decisions will be respected and no place for hate and everyone is unique in their own way no matter how different they are.
