Alex is a great person, she is always on time, in fact one of her favorite things is to be at least 15 minutes early. She is dedicated to whatever it is that she is supposed to be doing, and will not stop until she gets the job done. She shows affection when it is welcomed, and if it is needed she can show that she is the one in charge. Knowing her for a long time and seeing the way that she interacts with children of all ages I have seen that she is very patient and is always most herself when she is changing a dipper or hanging out with the older kids. As long as I have known her kids have always been her passion, even when the kid is being a handful you can tell that there is no where that she would rather be.

I have known Alex for many years...Alex has proved to be a detailed and very level headed person. Her concern for others really shows in how she treats people and the tasks given to her. I have had her house sit and dog sit for me for years now and I trust only her with this task. She is a very responsible person and she takes pride in her work.
