I have been a lead teacher at Phoenix Children's Academy in Sherwood, and I have done day care in my home full-time and dog training classes part-time for several years. I am actively enrolled in the Central Background Registry and am First Aid CPR AED certified. I practice positive reinforcement techniques with patience and TLC. I’d love to form a close, caring relationship with your family. I enjoy doing activities with children; playing, reading, art projects, going for walks, playing outside, singing and dancing. I’m willing and able to perform other household chores as needed; meal preparations, laundry, ironing, etc. Pets in your household are ok, I love dogs and cats. I have dozens of nanny supplied, age appropriate learning activities and resources. I will also teach you and your infant/toddler age relevant American Sign Language to give your child the ability to communicate their needs and wants with you before they can speak. This can help decrease tantrum behavior and it’s fun! My husband and I have raised 3 boys and have grandchildren.
