Nice to meet you! My name is Elizabeth I love caring for children and want to help your family any way I can. I am a positive, energetic, reliable and creative mother of one. Because I love working with children, I worked in daycare centers for over 20 years as an early childhood educator, caring for children from toddlers to five years of age. I am close to retirement and I am looking for a way to earn some extra money while doing the thing I love. With my skills and experience I will be able to provide a safe and stable environment and engage little ones with challenging and age-appropriate activities and projects such as reading books, playing educational games and provide opportunities for creative play. As a teacher I gave children their meals at scheduled times, cleaned up after meals and went through the nap/rest time routine such as changing diapers, reading a story and ensuring that the children were comfortable and snuggly under their blanket. I am flexible, and can add other responsibilities as needed, such as going with the children to the playground,helping with homework and light housework. Looking forward to speaking with you!
