Sitter in Ridgewood, New York

Hello! My name is Sheerel. I am a full time college student majoring in Psychology (A. S.). I have 3 years experience in child care, both babysitting and instructing children of various ages. My Experience: The last child I cared for was a 7 year old in the Ridgewood, Queens area until the pandemic hit. I often met with his parents to discuss his health needs given he had diabetes, prepped healthy meals/snacks, organized academic and interactive activities, and arranged playdates for him with other families in the neighborhood. My Qualifications: I am First Aid/CPR certified, trilingual (English, Spanish, and Hebrew) and I can swim. I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19. I can provide my own transportation. I am currently available early mornings (6am-12pm) and late evenings (7pm-12am) on weekdays, and anytime on the weekends. I am looking for a part-time babysitter position anywhere in the Queens, NY neighborhood. However, I am super flexible and can accommodate the right family. A bit more about me: I enjoy doing arts/crafts, playing puzzle games, watching funny shows and movies, going to the park, singing, dancing, and mentally stimulating activities. I'm an extremely hard working, punctual, fun loving, and dedicated individual who only wants children to learn and play in the comfort of their own home.
