Sitter in Oak Park, Illinois

Hi everyone! Need a totally awesome and fun nanny? I'm definitely the one for you and your family! I'll tell you all right now, I have no car, unfortunately. But I'm capable of getting almost anywhere in the Chicagoland area as long it's not to far from the Oak Park (well really River Forest) area! I'm 18 years old. Native French speaker (but don't worry, I'm an American citizen), and currently live in Paris. I'm a college student. For the summer, I'm here visiting family and not really doing much (and I'm here until the end of August), so I said why not work! I've had lots of experience in childcare. I've worked in a pre-school before, I've even been a camp counselor! My last nannying job was for a family six, in the French Alps! I am fully capable of manning down a household for any amount of time! I've got an extremely large family, so I've got childcare in my blood! Babysitting neighbors, cousins, children of my mothers collegues... I do it all! What makes me different from any of these other nannies and babysitters? Well, I can't say they can't teach your little ones a foreign language, because I'm sure most of them can... But I really do have a passion and a connection with children! I absolutely love them! Since I'm 18, I feel like I have even more of an understanding for them because, techincally, I was just like them not too long ago! I believe that it's important to grow mentally and mature, but never, absolutely, never is is okay to completely abandon your inner innoncent, fun, and curious inner-kid!
