Hello. My name is Rebekah. I am what you would call a child at heart. I love to play games that use my imagination and I am an expert fort creator. You will usually find me singing, humming, or whistling a tune. The reason that I enjoy working with children is their untainted view of the world and themselves. They act silly without the worry of people seeing them. They see the world as fair and anything that is not fair can be changed. In many ways we can learn from the children around us. Of course there are many things that children need to learn and it would be a joy to be a part of that process. I've had the privilege of working with a wonderful family for a year and a half before I went to school this past year. It was a great delight to care for these two girls and one boy. They were between the ages of one and four years old. I got to spend a full forty hours with them each week. Previous to that position I was first introduced to the joys of nannying with a 6 and 8 year old. This position was part-time for the summer of 2011.
