I've been a Nanny for the past 18 yrs. I'm a hardworking, honest, reliable, responsible,,patient,and nurturing employee who always try to do the best job possible by giving 100 percent of myself every time and is very easy to get along with. I'm CPR certified and has certification and training in Babynursing which allows me to do a better job as a nanny. I've been taking care of kids of all ages, I've worked with newborns,twins,preemie, toddlers as well as preschoolers but my preference are newborns and toddlers. I became a caregiver first and foremost because because I think I like helping and helping someone who literally cannot help themselves is very rewarding. It gives me the opportunity to help, to teach, to give of myself to others and at the same time learn new things. You learn about different cultures and lifestyle and also meet new people and I love that. I also love the fact that I'm very good at what I do because I know there is a balance, when to have strict discipline and when to just let loose and have fun and at the end of the day the kids are happy,healthy and safe,which they always are under my care,I know I've done my job.
