Sitter in Tacoma, Washington

Hi everyone! I believe that any good babysitter should not only identify the strengths that will make them an excellent candidate, but also tell prospective families a little about themselves. That being said, my name is Brianna Stone, I am a nineteen year old girl, and I am currently attending Tacoma Community College. I am pursuing a degree in criminal justice and hope to eventually obtain my BA from the University of Washington. I am an extremely sweet individual and I have always loved children. When I was growing up my mother ran a daycare center called Teddy Bear Lane. Since her business was run out of our house, I was constantly helping her with anything and everything I could. Several of the families enrolled in her daycare noticed my enthusiasm and asked me if I would be interested in babysitting for them. Generally they would leave their children at the daycare for a few additional hours and I would watch them as soon as my mother got off work. However, several times I was asked to babysit on weekends so I would travel to their houses instead. I believe that is of the utmost importance to have a wide variety of balanced activities throughout the day. This means that if I have the opportunity and privilege to watch your child I will not sit them in from of the TV and leave them to their own devices. I am the complete opposite of this; I love interacting with children and always do my best to inspire both their imagination and creativity.
