Overview: Hi! My name is Avery Iles and I will be a senior this upcoming school year. I’m 16 but have worked with children through many volunteer events and babysitting jobs. I have a lot of experience in the age range from infants to four year olds but I would be willing to work with any age group! I’m very patient and usually have a pretty free and flexible schedule. I have both doses of the covid vaccine. Experience working with children: Babysitter, Children’s Ministry Volunteer (Nursery-Kindergarten), Providence Holy Cross Siblings Class/Maternity Tour, Elementary Classroom Volunteer, Special Olympics Volunteer, Sports Med Elementary Outreach Volunteer (led CPR instruction) I am both CPR and First Aid Certified. I have my own transportation and wouldn’t mind doing some light housekeeping, meal prep, etc. I am fluent in American Sign Language and have found that it helps to relieve communication frustration for children. I believe it is important to surround kids with a positive, nurturing, yet fun environment. I strongly believe in having good communication so that they feel comfortable to come to me when they want or need something. I strive to keep the children safe along with fulfill their socio emotional needs. Price/hourly rate isn’t set in stone and I am very willing to work for whatever price works best for you and your family.
