About Me: Hello my name is Caedon. I'm looking for a live out part time opportunity in Hamilton, ON. I am a 27 year old woman living in Hamilton, Ontario. Currently I am enrolled in the early childhood education program at Mohawk College. I have a wide range of experience including fine arts and drama training, professional sailing on tall ships and of course caring for young kids. Most recently I ran a youth leadership program here in Hamilton, teaching teenagers life skills through giving them meaningful responsibility and challenges. In my recent nannying experience I have worked full-time caring for two year old twins and part time caring for two-four children ages ranging 1 1/2-6. I am inspired in my work by the Montessori method as well as using song, storytelling, art and exploration in nature to encourage learning. Services And Training: I have a police background check, all vaccinations as well as a recent TB test. My first aid and cpr was refreshed in November (2024) and I have received training in fire safety, WHMIS and food handling. I have experience and am comfortable working with multiple children and twins and have worked with children for many years. I also have experience working with children with type 1 diabetes and asthma. Availability: I am currently looking for summer jobs so am widely flexible at the moment. Looking for part time consistent or occasional to work around a job at a summer camp but open to full time opportunities.
