Dear Family I am a mature Psychology student (UofA, third year) looking for more work during the summer (and possibly thereafter). I have worked in a kindergarten in the woods in Germany for 8 months and as a Nanny for two families in Edmonton for 4 years. In the second family, I was hired the day the twin babies were born and was fortunate to be with them and their two older siblings for 3 years. Seeing them grow and flourish was my delight. I have experience with children of all ages and can provide you with excellent references from former employers. For many years, I was a tutor for students across the disciplines (primary school to university) and am happy to support the children with their school work. Furthermore, I have theoretical knowledge about child development from a 6 months training course I took (and later taught) at TLC Edmonton (Training for Live-In Caregivers), as well as from my Psychology studies. I am responsible, organized, and sensitive. I love the outdoors, exercising, dancing, being creative, and of course: inventing fun spontaneous games with children. Excellent referenced available!
