Hi there! I'm Rachel from Huntington, West Virginia. I am an experienced high school special education teacher looking for a family to work with part-time or on an occasional basis. I am more than capable of providing a safe and loving environment for children and have a special talent for making sure they are engaged, learning, and having fun. I am passionate about education and strive to ensure that the children in my care are encouraged to learn and grow. I am patient, reliable, and kind-hearted and I am excited about the opportunity to work with a family and care for their children. I have also received CPR and First Aid training through a former position as an Autism Support Specialist, in which I provided in-home care to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum.
