I am a Governess/Nanny looking for a lovely family to care for. I have worked as a Nanny for several years primarily in my home state of Delaware. I studied Early Childhood Education at Delaware Technical and Community College and Wilmington University. I am an Early Childhood Education intern, specializing in infant and toddler care certified by the state of Delaware. I have obtained several thousand hours student teaching and observing in a number of classroom settings including Child Development Centers, Head Start programs, and local Elementary schools. I received a Bachelor of Science in Education Studies from Wilmington University. I enjoy being outdoors with children. I like to play soccer, trampoline, swim, tag etc. I engage in interactive play with the children I care for. I never have my phone out unless I need to communicate with parents or there is an emergency. Play time is as important as meal time. Outdoor play improves physical development and behavior. I am security minded, therefore I believe safety is my most important concern for the children I care for.
