Hi!! My name is Ashley Krejci, I am 33 years old and I provide most all services that involve child care, but, at this time in particular, I am wanting a job as a full-time Nanny. I am in search of a job that is long-term and includes regular/consistent rates when considering the hours and pay offered. I have mostly been a nanny for babies and infants, which are the ages I prefer to Nanny, but, honestly love working with all ages. I have a 5 year-old little boy and am expecting another little one in December! I would want to be with my newborn during the day, and hope this would not be a problem if he came with me to the job in which I am hopefully hired. Please note, I am fantastic at multi-tasking, and this would not distract my attention from being focused on your child(ren) full-on. For example...I had one Nanny job in which I was a Nanny for 4 children under 2, and I promise you they all got all of my attention and love and no one was in need of either, whatsoever. I think the beginning stages are crucial for ME as a Mother to be there with my little ones, which is why I am choosing to return to childcare, so I can do so. I understand not everyone gets this advantage, so I promise I will make 100% sure you your partner i.a. are included in every way possible, as well as as much as possible, and will do my very best to treat your little one(s) as my own when I am there, without overstepping my boundaries (which is very important to me not to do). I want them to love me as a family member, but know I will NEVER try to take your place(es) as their parental figure(s). Some things I love to do with my kiddos and yours hopefully as well are... -Spending time outside -Finding creative ways to learn in which they will begin to love to learn and look forward to doing so - being active and exercising - cooking and baking and including them in the whole process and learning measurements and numbers while we do so as well as science and how chemical work and how cooking and baking transpire - building forts, playing supermarket, etc. Basically all the things that you love to do when you are a child are the things that I love to do with your children or child and I have a blast doing it and I can't believe it's a job and I get paid for it but it's a job that I love and it's a passion of mine and I hope that I can become a part of your little tribe and become a great influence to your child or children as their nanny for years to come.
