I have a very special interest in the mental health field and enjoy working with children and adoles- cence. My future plans are to be employed as soon as possible. I Graduated from Milligan College in May 2015 with a Bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. I prefer to work around people in any way i can; not just to be able to help but also to be able to grow from each encounter. I was trained on computer systems to help accommodate the customer and was also taught how to effectively communicate with the customer to reduce conflict. Citibank is very accommodating i was able to learn how to effectively man- age my time and the money i was handling. We were also held accountable for being able to submit complaints and follow up on accounts.
