Sitter in San Antonio, Texas

Hi, my name's Colin! I'm a sophomore psychology student at St. Mary's university in San Antonio. I'm 19 years old and I'll be 20 next June. I love sports, books, animals, art and coffee. I'm from a small town named Lago Vista, which is in the Austin area, but I am currently living in San Antonio on campus. I don't have a whole lot of experience in child care however, my academic advisor and first year psychology professor is a child psychologist with specialties in development and autism, so a lot of our curriculum first semester was based around child development. Freshman year I also volunteered for SAYL (San Antonio Youth Literacy) which means that every week I would go to an elementary school in the area and help first and second graders improve their reading speed and comprehension. I also have a younger brother, so I know what it means to be a role model, and my mom is a social worker so caring for people runs in my blood. I also have two younger cousins ages 5 and 7 that a sometimes care for in my spare time. I'm very family oriented and I always strive to be the best at what I do.
