My name is Ashley Loncaric, i am 26 years old. I have one child, a son with special needs, who is the light of my life. So i know first hand the love a parent has for their child, as well as the importance and necessity of their safety. I like structure, it always makes things go smoothly as well as it it a good thing to have. I have about 5yrs experience now with kids of ages 4months-9yrs old and One golden rule ive learned over time, that has always managed to work great is.... "take care of the things you have to do now, so you can do what you want to do later." (mainly used this tactic to assure homework chores ect.) I am available to start immediately if you chose me. Schedule is very open from mon-friday i am available from 7am to 4pm (flexible.) Im not available weekends (my special time with my son)
