Jillian has volunteered at my rescue farm for years, and she has taken riding lessons here since she was five. She is exceptionally mature for her age, and has always honored her word. She has assisted as a camp counselor as well as leading out trail rides. I have received many compliments from customers about her competence and communication skills. I have never had any complaints about Jillian. She works well with both children and adults. Jillian will be an asset to every employer that has the opportunity to hire her.

Jillian is friendly, mature, bright, and genuinely likes being around kids of all ages. A natural leader, she is creative and energetic in her interactions with children. Jillian is an excellent student who successfully balances schoolwork with extracurricular activities; multitasking is an important skill when dealing with children! She has an extremely supportive family to who she can turn if she were to have any questions or concerns about her responsibilities.

Jillian is a very responsible and caring young lady. She enjoys playing with young children and keeping them happy and occupied. She is very creative with the activities that she thinks of for them to do. Jillian will follow schedules and any specific requests that are required of her to do a good job.
