My name is Taylor Reynolds and I am looking for some childcare jobs to help get some more experience before opening a daycare! i have worked a lot with my younger cousin who is autistic, and love to see the changes and strides forward that he has made in learning. I love being outdoors and i don't think that kids always get as much outside time as they deserve nowadays. i'm good at gardening, cooking and cleaning. I believe in building solid, trusting, kind, compassionate relationships with children because i believe that childhood is where it all starts as far as helping children to be compassionate adults and the kind of people who believe in themselves and others. i have a degree in business management, as a means to open a daycare someday and have spent a lot of time all through highschool and college privately tutoring children, helping with music lessons ( i play the saxaphone), volunteering in elementary classrooms, and even doing projects that were structured around involving the elementary classrooms. ideally if i could work 40 hours a week that is what i want, and whether that ends up being with one family or 5, im excited to help!
