-I have been operating for five years with an additional five years of early child care experience. I have all state qualifications along with a 1 year diploma in Early Child Care. Little Peeps meets all state requirements to care for children. -I only care for 4 full time children at one time. This allows me to be able to cater, comfort, and assist to the child’s needs. -The environment I provide is a home atmosphere with activities for all ages. A large fenced in backyard for children to enjoy. I provide age based curriculum, aligned with Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards. -In addition to a Parent Handbook, I added a Physical Activity Policy and Nutrition Policy (Little Peeps is also part of the WECA food program which ensures your child is eating healthy foods.) -Little Peeps In-Home Child Care has an air purification system to maintain a clean environment and ADT security system to provide maximum security for your child. -My philosophy is to protect the welfare and interest of each child. I believe in positive reinforcement and redirecting children into positive situations. I pride myself on giving exceptional care, by being able to maintain a lower ratio. This gives me the ability to assist to the individual needs for every child in my care!
