Sitter in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Hello. I am looking to fill a family's live in nanny position. I am 20 years old, i have over 5 years experience as a live in nanny/babysitter etc. I am able to cook, clean, give baths, do laundry, pay bills/run errands, and what not. I do not know how to drive so pick ups and drop offs at school would have to be something that's in walking distance. I do not mind taking a job further out towards Denver. I am asking a weekly salary of $150 to be able to afford my basic needs as well as save money. I am very firm about having a written agreement/contract and set pay days per week. I do ask we have all contracts signed upon agreeing to work together/before my start date and payment upfront in full on my first day. Details can be discussed with potential family :)
