Hi my name is Melody. I am an experienced daycare/preschool/Nanny provider of many years. I owned and operated an in-home daycare/preschool while simultaneously raising my own three children. I am currently looking for a position where I can incorporate all my caregiving experience into a life-long career. I am looking to build my family base in babysitting positions in evening and weekends, in addition to becoming a full or part-time Nanny. I am a non-smoker and am certified in CPR/First Aid as well as multiple state mandated Early Childhood Development courses. I have a full resume available upon request. I have an enhanced current background check on sitter city. I am happy to help with date night, weekends, sitting and Nanny position, meal preparation, light housework and swimming supervision. Melody has been our part-time nanny for a few weeks. She stays with my daughter for 3 hours while I work remotely in a different building on the property. She responded quickly to my job posting with a detailed and impressive application. As soon as Melody walked through the door I knew my daughter was in fantastic hands. Melody arrived early and listened attentively as I introduced her to my daughter, the pets, the house, and the routine. My daughter immediately felt comfortable around her and seemed to soak up all of the learning opportunities enthusiastically (pointing out white flowers, practicing saying please, and reading books together). Each time I rejoined them I received a thorough and illumating run-down of their time together, which really makes me feel engaged. Melody has extensive experience, is helpful around the house, and endlessly kind to my toddler. She is an excellent caretaker who I recommend.
