I worked as a mother's helper in South Carolina from around 2008 to 2011, then came to Ohio. I helped with mothers who had their hands full with big families, and cared for as many as four children at a time. I'm comfortable working with big families; several had multiples. I helped one family with two sets of twins under 3 for a period of about a year before I moved, and that experience taught me so much about caring for newborns and babies. In Ohio, I babysat for several families in my neighborhood, then after graduating high school, I was a nanny all of summer 2016 and absolutely loved it. I also took a semester off and nannied for about 4 months in 2017. I'm now looking to nanny and babysit once again in Miami, since after working other jobs, I've realized that this is truly where my passion lies.
