I am really outgoing and friendly. I pride of myself on being very independent. I am 23 years old.I absolutely love working with children. I have plenty of experience in working with them. I have two brothers who are aged 11 and 15. There is quite a large age difference between me and my brothers, so I have always seen myself as a second mother to them. I worked in a girl scout camp in Wisconsin for a summer. The girls in my unit usually ranged from six to 10 years old. I am very active and love being outside. I enjoy archery, soccer, basketball, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding and camping. I know a lot of activities I can play with your child to keep them entertained. I am also CPR/first aid certified. When I was in high school, I volunteered at my brother's elementary school. I helped the teacher in whatever they needed help with. I assisted them with art projects and helped students one-on-one and who needed a little extra help in subjects. Two years ago I took a gap year from college to travel and I spent six months in Homer, Alaska and nearly seven months in Shenzhen, China being an au pair. In college I worked for a family for nearly two years and cared for their two children aged 2 and 4. I can provide you with any references you may need upon request.
