Hello, my name is Alyesha Elliott. I am looking to help parents in the Portsmouth, Virginia location but, I am willing to travel to other cities. I have a flexible schedule and I love working with children. I first got into the childcare business through my mother. She owns her own Learning Center and I was trained to have the ability to provide immaculate care to both children and parents. I believe that children are the future of the world, therefore; we should care for them accordingly. I initially worked as a floater which means that I can work with all ages. Then, I was promoted to Lead Teacher for the infant and toddler classroom. I love what I do because of the impact that you can have on a child(ren). You must be aware of all of the child’s personality, needs, likes, dislikes, and much more. Therefore, it is much easier for a child to adapt to me and for me to adapt to a child(ren) because I have been working in this field for 11 years.
