Sitter in Brooklyn, New York

I am currently a student at Penn State University which is why my services are temporary. Some highlights of my work are: 1. Academic improvement. I enjoy helping kids with their homework if given. One of my girls improved two reading levels after just a summer of my services. She was six at the time. 2. Fun adventures. My favorite places to visit are the Brooklyn Museum, the Central Library, the Brooklyn Botanical Garden and Prospect Park, but it seems as if the children love it more than me. 3. Food! I had to add an exclamation point because the food is always the best part in regards to any and every subject. I have had raving reviews from both kids and parents alike about my baked ziti. Meat, cheese, and noodles are just a classic combination if I do say so myself. 4. Special Needs. I have experience caring for an autistic child. He always had random seizures and horrible temper tantrums. He was 4 and always walked around in a suit. I am not officially certified or anything but we worked well together, and his mother never hesitated to call me when she needed a night out. 5. Love. I am only 18 (going to be 19 in August), so I have absolutely zero children, and I don't plan on having some anytime soon, but every child I take care of I imagine they were my own. When they eat too many jolly ranchers, I cringe too. P.S. I adore dogs. Dogs are kids too.
