English is my only language. I have been in Texas since 1989 and in the past ran a successful children's retail store in Austin, before moving to Fredericksburg, where my husband and I ran a B&B. We moved to the Richland Chambers Lake area in 2013. I have a perfect driving record with reliable, safe transportation.
