My name is Celia Faye Britt I have lived in Chipley for 50 years. I know everybody in the community and know a few people in Holmes County too. My first job I started as a volunteer at the Tri- County Headstart Program in Vernon working with children 3 to 5 years of age. My career lasted with this agency for 16 years. My next employment was with Dove Vocational Academy in Graceville as a Direct Care working with juveniles who were in trouble with the law and this was the program to put them back on track. I was employed thru the Washington County School Board for 7 years working with ESE special needs and interperting for the hearing impaired and deaf.
