As a nanny i have worked for two loving families, my first family I stayed with them for five years until they moved out of state. My second family I stayed two years with again until they moved out of state. Aged range1 from 6 months to 12 years of age. My elder care experience began a little latter in life i worked with also two families , my last experience ended a few weeks ago when my senior passed in my arms, I felt broken and hurt.
